After going thru G.U.2 I've gotten my meditation area redesigned. Now I'm going to look inward. Outward makes me feel like the ultimate hamster on a wheel.Trying so damn hard - getting no where. Thinking I can be of help. Nowhere am I needed so Like Buddha, I'm going practice "Being Noone - going NoWHERE". Off to the etheric realms I go. IP: Logged |

I listen to 777hz music when I get angry or panicked or stressed. Helps a lot. You can find this type of thing easily on youtube. IP: Logged |

Thanks I tried the first technique today. I have been wanting to try new ways to meditate. I think the last time I meditated was in 2014/15. Besides dabbling in a technique an ex fling taught me. I have been a bit weary since it seems to really open me up to the unknown. But hey Uranus is transiting my 12th house for some time...so why not! I am willing to try anything for my mental health and spiritual development. I stayed at the condo so I was a little bit weary of making noises in a language that is not my own. I put on some angry rap music. Got some physical aggression out. And I mostly growled and made demonic noises. LOL After the second half of the session. I felt sensations in my hands and lower arms. Before getting involved with anything to do with Osho, one should watch the documentary, "Wild Wild Country". In short, he was just another egomaniac and predator type fooling people, and not a real spiritual teacher by a long shot. If anything, he was in touch with lower, anti-guidance forces, which along with his hyper charged 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Centers ("chakras"), increased his personality magnetism/charisma. Not all that glitters is gold. IP: Logged |

Have you tried any meditation he has given or spouting nonsense as usual? IP: Logged |

Yeah I used to use a timer when I used to do this one. Now I do another one called "Osho Dynamic meditation" , I have been doing it for circa 7 years now and its quite a trip. IP: Logged |

A lot of sensations can come, just let go and try to feel them, let them arise and let them go, they are just like birds flying in the sky, sometimes sky is full of birds and sometimes there are none. IP: Logged |

Do I really need to "try" meth to know and understand that it's not good for my body nor me? Sounds kind of a like a daft question in hindsight eh? But hey, there's a lot of people hooked on meth so clearly people are not very rational and logical beings when it comes down to the core of things. Why would I try his meditations if I know the dude was a raging malignant narcissist? Nor do I need to watch documentaries and see him on video condemning a former disciple of his to eternal damnation and torture unless she comes back, to know that he's not a real spiritual teacher but an imbalanced, ego maniac. I'm a sensitive, I can look at pictures of people and gain quite a bit of info that way. Most of his pictures that I've looked at, have rather slow vibratory and ego centered energy. People that promote false spiritual "teachers" are the ones spouting nonsense. You got your head so far up your arse with your attachment to belief systems that you can't see straight. How's that for a little "crazy wisdom"? IP: Logged |

So here's the thing about so called spiritual teachers like Osho. They are (in his case, were) energetically connected to severely lacking in Light beings and groups. When you open yourself up to them by listening to them, following their advice, doing their meditations, or what not, you start to create an energetic connection to them and thus to their overlords as well. Yeah, thanks, but no thanks. I've had enough experience with these aholes to know that there is no good reason to create/facilitate connections to them. They are full of deception through and through. They have major agendas and it is not to help anyone. It is to keep people stuck and suffering, because they feed off that. Nothing p!sses me off MORE than these false spiritual teachers that are wolves in sheeps clothing and whom are conduits for lacking in Light forces. IP: Logged |

Here's a few pictures of "Osho" (like his 2nd or 3rd name after various legal troubles): http://owlcation.com/humanities/The-Truth-About-Osho http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Osho_Rajneesh_3.jpg http://www.thequint.com/news/india/was-osho-killed-7-haunting-questions-return-af ter-26-years http://www.thequint.com/news/india/osho-7-beautiful-life-lessons-by-the-philosopher-and-preacher[/URL] Anybody with any deeper sensitivity and actual discernment could tell just by looking at pictures of this dude that he is shady and slow vibratory AF. Oh, btw, he collected some 85 or so Rolls Royces because he was such a spiritually intune person. Truly, there is a mark/sucker born every minute, and you Anony, fell for this steaming pile of horse manure for some reason. And if you keep promoting him, I'll keep telling the truth about him. I don't give two shites what people think or don't think about me personally. IP: Logged |

Lol its all right you can have ur upper vibratory opinion about him and you can keep telling "your truth" about him.And turns out its me who is attached to his belief systems; that coming from you who tends to attach vibration in every single damn opinion of his is a bit rich. I dont give a flying hoot about ur criticism too brother, considering the fact that ur opinion always revolves around the same circle, I dont even need to read ur posts to see what the fhck it is about. All I need to do is simply skim across it and read few words usually ranging from narcissism, slow vibratory saturnian and solarian special you with Sun as dispositor of ur Jupiterian uff I missed a word, fast vibratory Jupiter residing Leo ascendant, I think I got it right this time, say hi to ur ET friends for me, hope you say hi before meteor hits planet earth....or it might be too late...hoop hoop IP: Logged |

I thought his book “Love, Freedom and Aloneness” was worth reading… think I lost interest about a third of the way into this one. Ever tried the falling-down-on-purpose exercise? Reminds me of being a little kid, the first time I dreamed I could fly and actually tried it…IP: Logged |
