Instructions: OSHO Gibberish Meditation has 2 stages & it lasts for 30 minutes. First Stage: 15 Minutes – Eyes Closed Sitting, Standing or Moving Around: In this stage you can start producing any nonsense sound & start saying things that have been bothering you in your mind. Anything that you could not sat because of people around you, society, religion, rules or culture. Do not hold yourself back in this expression, do it with totality, use your whole body in it. If any emotion like anger, rage, sadness, hurt or laughter comes, express it. Do not stop yourself from expressing. The most important thing is to remember that in this expression you have to use the language that you do not know how to speak. If you know English, do not express in English, if you Chinese, do not use Chinese. You need to use the language that you do not know the words of. Anything that has been on your mind for ages, or bothering you, let it go out in the language you do not know how to speak. *If you are doing this meditation in a group, do not interfere or watch others what they are doing. You just need to continue with your own process & be total in it. Second Stage: 15 Minutes – Eyes Closed Sitting: In this stage just sit & keep you body still. Just be aware of whatever is happening inside your body mind. http://www.oshoactivemeditations.co.in/osho-gibberish-meditation/
And yeah, Do it alone .

Guided-----------------(topic) Loving Kindness Meditation {Metta} (Jellybean Green 'ASMR') [5:40] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQp7kTSkGZo ___________________________ Loving-Kindness Meditation The original name of this practice is metta bhavana, which comes from the Pali language. Metta means ‘love’ (in a non-romantic sense), friendliness, or kindness: hence ‘loving-kindness’ for short. It is an emotion, something you feel in your heart. Bhavana means development or cultivation. The commonest form of the practice is in five stages, each of which should last about five minutes for a beginner. * In the first stage, you feel metta for yourself. You start by becoming aware of yourself, and focusing on feelings of peace, calm, and tranquillity. Then you let these grow in to feelings of strength and confidence, and then develop into love within your heart. You can use an image, like golden light flooding your body, or a phrase such as ‘may I be well and happy’, which you can repeat to yourself. These are ways of stimulating the feeling of metta for yourself. * In the second stage think of a good friend. Bring them to mind as vividly as you can, and think of their good qualities. Feel your connection with your friend, and your liking for them, and encourage these to grow by repeating ‘may they be well; may they be happy’ quietly to yourself. You can also use an image, such as shining light from your heart into theirs. You can use these techniques — a phrase or an image — in the next two stages as well. Then think of someone you do not particularly like or dislike. Your feelings are ‘neutral’. This may be someone you do not know well but see around. You reflect on their humanity, and include them in your feelings of metta. Then think of someone you actually dislike — an “enemy”, traditionally— someone you are having difficulty with. Trying not to get caught up in any feelings of hatred, think of them positively and send your metta to them as well. In the final stage, first of all you think of all four people together — yourself, the friend, the neutral person, and the enemy.
Then extend your feelings further — to everyone around you, to everyone in your neighbourhood; in your town, your country, and so on throughout the world. Have a sense of waves of loving-kindness spreading from your heart to everyone, to all beings everywhere. Then gradually relax out of meditation, and bring the practice to an end. end/Quote - http://thebuddhistcentre.com/text/loving-kindness-meditation

Metta Sutta lyrics/chant This is what should be done By one who is skilled in goodness, And who knows the path of peace: Let them be able and upright, Straightforward and gentle in speech. Humble and not conceited Contented and easily satisfied. Unburdened with duties and frugal in their ways. Peaceful and calm, and wise and skillful, Not proud and demanding in nature. Let them not do the slightest thing That the wise would later reprove. Wishing: In gladness and in safety, May all beings be at ease. Whatever living beings there may be; Whether they are weak or strong, omitting none, The great or the mighty, medium, short or small, The seen and the unseen, Those living near and far away, Those born and to-be-born, May all beings be at ease! Let none deceive another, Or despise any being in any state. Let none through anger or ill-will Wish harm upon another. Even as a mother protects with her life Her child, her only child, So with a boundless heart Should one cherish all living beings: Radiating kindness over the entire world Spreading upwards to the skies, And downwards to the depths; Outwards and unbounded, Freed from hatred and ill-will. Whether standing or walking, seated or lying down Free from drowsiness, One should sustain this recollection This is said to be the sublime abiding. By not holding to fixed views, The pure-hearted one, having clarity of vision, Being freed from all sense desires, Is not born again into this world. Times are different now. The gibberish meditation was good before the novel corona virus. They wanted to shrug off the mad mad world's vibrations from their being and return to a solitude place within. Master's are never wrong. but allow my 2 cents here.Today, for some spirituals, the new corona virus is allowing them to flesh out details of their purpose of reincarnation. Today, has slowed down and will continue to slow. Meditation can just not only be sitting and doing nothing or chanting OM. You can walk in your backyard -- and feel the grass under your feet. Pay attention to the earth that has given you your body. Breathe the fresh air . Express gratitude. Watch yourself in the mirror and see the source within. Look at the face of your neighbor and see God in them. You can improve on your talents. My cooking skills has gone 10 percent better. Many have a chance of picking on career they always wanted to be part of.

(music) The Great Bell Chant {The End of Suffering} (Read by Thich Nath Hanh, chanted by brother Phap Niem; Gorgeous photography!, Oct 2012) [7:13] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1ZwaEzMtJw words May the Sound of this Bell Penetrate deep into the Cosmos Even in the darkest spots Living Beings are able to hear it clearly So that all suffering in them cease Understanding come to their hearts And they transcend the path Of Sorrow and Death The Universal Dharma Door Is already open The Sound of the Rising Tide is heard clearly The miracle happens A beautiful child appears in the heart of a Lotus flower One single drop of this Compassionate Water Is enough to bring back the refreshing Spring To our Mountains and Rivers Listening to the Bell I feel the afflictions in me begin to dissolve My mind calm, my body relaxed A smile is born on my lips Following the Sound of the Bell My breath brings me back to the safe Island of Mindfulness In the Garden of my Heart The flowers of Peace Bloom beautifully

Woman are built differently than men.I learnt it too late that heart medidation or nabhi (second chakra) meditation is for the passive ones. When I was synchronising to my heart beat, it produced great results IP: Logged |

What's your gender, PhoenixRising? It's GOOD to adjust book/article advices towards whatever works better according to your own personal body-understanding. IP: Logged |
