I vaguely recall that one of their formulas is designed to support neuro system.
ooo I bought a bunch of celery today. That is the exact motivation I need to not waste it. Nerves have been extremely out of wack lately. IP: Logged |

ooo! Good to know, I swear my parents use to have some on their property. Such a unique pretty shade of blue for a flower to have! I also was a little girl when the Thumbelina cartoon came out, and the prince gives her those flowers. Teehee I haven't seen them in such a long time. IP: Logged |

Sipping on some lavender kombucha. I finally got my grocery trip in today. I wish lavender ice tea was more common. I feel like if I want some, I need to brew it myself. Though I did find some at Target one time. 1. It smells good 2. Its tastes good 3. Great on nerves with out being as hard core drowsy as chamomile. 4. digestion 5. menstrual cramps 6. hair health 7. skin health 8. In the occult it is symbolic for purification. It's been helpful in my hot temper today.

Yes woah indeed. I have been so nostalgic for these videos lately. My one year old niece likes to pick up shoes walk around with them try to put them on, hand people their shoes and say "shoes" I love the repeatability and mockery Kelly has as a 2007 teen IP: Logged |

My best herbal choice today has been peppermint ice tea. Great herb for productivity. I have been working my psyche out of a downward spiral. I'm feeling better today but it was still hard to maintain my usual motivation. The peppermint got me well out of my funk than coffee, energy drink or wine. I have been trying better understand feeling this way as a 30 year old. My worst spiral was in my late teens. And then I sort of spiraled 5 years ago, but only for month. Oh man I have read online not to drink booze when the mind gets like that and it seems true, I felt the spiral coming back hard after a glass of wine and being mad at everyone, and thinking about stuff that happened almost a month ago, a week ago, a few days ago, a year ago, a random person that offended me in high school.... When my brain was going there again, I remembered I needed to eat lunch and dinner too. My sisters husband spirals a lot and she talked him into stop drinking. I think he only has beers on occasion and not the harder stuff anymore. Only thing is this ice tea has green tea in it too, so I was reluctant to have another ice tea around dinner. But I knew it was the best choice to get out of my spiral thoughts and turn in my damn homework. Even though it was only 500 hundred words. I must honor myself for doing that after having a breakdown the day before, and picking my self up when I kind of have lost my sense of motivation. At this rate I need a costco size pack of peppermint ice teas. This is the best I've felt all day. IP: Logged |

I love posting these here because they are easier to read on this platform. I have bar soap with peppercorns in it. It is my current kitchen soap. I wash with it a lot. I also recently bought the essential oil of it. More pricey than I would expect since black pepper is easy to access and many food places let you take as much as you want. I also had a dinner with pepper corns in it. It was weird biting down on them. IP: Logged |

I used this tea recipe a lot when I was feeling funky back in the springtime; might come in handy as we move back into the cool weather. I used all dried, powdered versions, but fresh is great too if you have it!Colonel Mustard in the Kitchen with a Teapot 1 tablespoon slippery elm 1 tablespoon ginger 1 teaspoon goldenseal 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 teaspoon black pepper Use 1 teaspoon of this mix in a cup of black tea with lots of honey; drink hot with a splash of cream or cold with a splash of apple cider vinegar. Enjoy (sort of)! IP: Logged |

Stawr, Those are many wonderful helpful uses. Thank you for sharing. I had no idea there were so many ways to use lavender. In my teens there was a boy in HS with his last name Lavender I crushed on him soooo much. Now I wonder if maybe I needed to know these things about the spice that you shared. Peppercorns are yummy. I am a big fan of celery too. The best tonic imo.

That was too funny. Coming from the eighties era and the kookiness of that video is spot on. It seems pretty Aqua as well. Random or off the wall. I'll see if I can get a donation for it with GP. IP: Logged |

I've been using citronella essential oil in my diffuser. It's overstated as bug repellant and understated for everything else! It's favorable for working with the solar plexus chakra. It suppose to make you munch less in aroma therapy. In the occult it was suggested that it can be used to keep away pests other than bugs if you get my drift. My rude neighbors just happen to be gone within the process of using this daily. What do you know my periods have been super regular since diffusing this just about everyday since August.
