They are so pretty too. Do they bring effects for you that they are commonly noted to be used for? IP: Logged |

No idea what they’ll do for me now beyond pure nostalgia... we’ll see what happens next. I also bought some marshmallow root— they’re in the same plant family, so I figured they might complement each other well.IP: Logged |

Had just the plain hibiscus yesterday, with lots of honey... so good! I haven’t tried the marshmallow root yet; I think it’s more medicinal in a slimy way than flavorful — good for irritated mucous membranes, both respiratory and digestive tracts. Bought some, but haven’t needed it; I have started taking elderberry & zinc gummies every so often, though.IP: Logged |

Yes hibiscus looks so tropical. I can't believe they can bloom here in the north. IP: Logged |

I agree Stawr re the north having those beautiful botanicals that look like only an island would offer. I bought two stickers early in the year of the hibiscus. In every way they are beautiful. . I love this too! About half those benefits I would welcome right now! How are your wedding plans coming along, btw? ♡ IP: Logged |

Its going alright. I have a date, place, maid of honor, and a dress. I hope to get the invitation done and choose a cake place by the end of this month. The state order has 25 people for outdoor events currently. oof! I really like this one cake place. They taste amazing! But they aren't really a wedding cake place. So I don't know about delivery to the venue. IP: Logged |

I went to the Indian grocery store and bought some more rose waters. I mainly bulked up on iris waters because it's the only place I can get them locally in my area of all the grocery stores. I also bought something I did not know existed there....screw pine water. My fiance is very picky with food, so I have been surprised to find out that he likes drinking floral waters with me too! He drinks rose and orange blossom water with me! IP: Logged |

I've been revisiting older posts in this topic. I decided to dabble with pepper in my environment. I have no idea what I am doing so I just decided to grind some in a bowl and place it in my home. I also have bowls of salt placed in my home too. I am very tired after doing this. Does that happen to anyone after doing environment or personal energy work. For example I am usually very thirsty after I use sage. IP: Logged |

Oh my gosh I should just straight up sage this whole place! Keeping the vibes level here for me is constant work. Right now it's past quiet hours and I basically hear constant "doomb!doomb!doomb!doomb!doomb!doomb!" I keep turning up the TV. How does the grandma stand that!? I've done a lot to not be bothered by it anymore....but I just had a "alight that's it! what am I going to do about these vibes?" I noticed my diffuser was off. Meant to refill it, but after that I was like do it now...I don't know what this essential oil will do for this situation but bring it on!I've been using Palo Santo for my rocks. I think I still have sage somewhere. I read that peppercorns are protection. While salt absorbs negativity. I also read to pepper your door when someone you never want to see again walks out the door. IP: Logged |

Yum. I love peppermint and mint tea. Did you know the fragrance repels mosquitoes? I've not tried it yet but last winter I read that. IP: Logged |

Well, I showed up a whole day early for a dog-grooming appointment... and found myself in front of a shop where everything is partially made by bees. I got some local alfalfa honey, and a better-be-worth-it bottle of mead, and some soap made with lavender, lemongrass, cedar wood, clary sage and parsley powder. First I’ve heard of that last one being used in soap...? Smells amazing though.IP: Logged |

Yes! I make my own bug spray a lot! I am that person the mosquitos prefer. I have had way less issues, and do not feel bad about slapping so much on! I cannot be with out peppermint oil for long. Such a pain reliever too. IP: Logged |

I'm intrigued by the parsley powder.
