If you haven't tried it already Randall, try white tea. It has a more floral and milder taste, less caffeine, a bit less tannic acid, and more antioxidants than black and even green tea. These are all the same plant, I believe, but different levels of fermentation and aging. Black is most fermented/aged and white is least or really none, I think. IP: Logged |

I bought a huge jug of green and white tea from Trader Joes. Adding ice makes it easier on the stomach. Now that I ran out of lemon wedges I can tastes the mint. IP: Logged |

When I went to Whole Foods I tried a new iced tea brand called Seven Teas. Organic Wildflower Honey Matcha Tea! A little information according to the bottle. Grown in Japan. I see labels I recognize like organic. But then I see new labels like: non GMO pledge, 1% For the Planet, Oregon Tilth ^I'm going to have to look up what all that means! 100 mg caffine Ceremonial Grade Matcha Made with mineral spring water ginseng Orange extract to name a few The flavor is amazing, it tastes sacred. I was high on life. I can't remember the last time I felt this high on life sober. Probably a few years ago. IP: Logged |

Iffy, because of anxiety, and my heart apparently races, even when it doesn't feel like it is. I make some tea of my own, and I love an iced chai. It can also go against my ability to sleep well (or at all), so I have to be careful. I was thinking about trying a coffee product that doesn't taste like coffee, but I don't want to spend the money, just to end up feeling like I'm having a heart attack. IP: Logged |

Husband bought me all the seven teas. I tried the Rhoobios today. Pop was not helping with my "roid" problems. I will drink cold brew until I get way too dehydrated. IP: Logged |
