I have my iced teas again from my health food store spree! I'm in a situation right now, where I try to just consume whatever my parents buy. They only shop at aldies and Costco. I did brew my own chai. But it's hard to finish it when you are at work all day....because of the caffeine in it. But I am starting to encourage myself to have caffine around the early evening because when I go home I want to go to bed around 7pm. IP: Logged |

I only discovered coffee in my thirties, probably about the same time my thyroid started going south. I love a good ol’ cup of “cafe coffee” if I can get one, but start my day with a 3 in 1 for that expedient caffeine hit.If the day is long and stressful I will have another cup around midday. This is interspersed with innumerable cups of green tea, which does contain caffeine btw. IP: Logged |
