Moonstone:

1. Helped me with personal grief work by bringing to the surface emotions I was maybe avoiding to feel fully but after the emotions were brought the surface it allowed to feel them and then move on. I noticed after spending time with this stone that it facilitated processing the emotions of this loss but it also helped me find peace, heal and move on.

2. Helped me heal and balance my emotions after experiencing vulnerability fatigue from sharing a personal story during the intensive week of the group counseling class I am taking, I tend to feel vulnerable in group settings and tend to be private and sharing something personal is hard for me. The stone helped me release emotional stress and feel calm, it grounded me after an intense week of healing, intense vulnerability and emotional stress.

So in one instance I was not feeling my emotions enough for me to get better with the loss I was grieving, prolonging my healing process. In the other instance I felt my emotions fully and went there but was emotionally worn out and feeling very vulnerable.

The stone seemed to balance me out in both instances, in the first instance it took me to that place of vulnerability and in the second case it transitioned me out of that place of vulnerability because I was stuck there and had already done the work. In both cases I was stuck, in one case not allowing myself to be vulnerable enough and in the other stuck in vulnerability when it was no longer needed. The stone facilitated transitioning out of different emotional states and helped me with healing while promoting emotional balance.

Amethyst:

Very soothing, it seems to help balance out my hormones when I am on my period, so if I am struggling with Menstrual symptoms and I spend time with Amethyst it actually controls and soothes the symptoms.

I also feel it helps release unhealthy attachments or neutralize attachments so it can help with co-dependency issues in relationships or help you move on from an attachment you have outgrown but have some psychological dependence to.

I always thought moonstone was so pretty! The way it shines and glows.

I have an amethyst piece I keep on my light stand.
I also have tiny pieces to accent a citrine necklace. I am taking it on my trip cleansed and charged it exactly a week ago.

I winged it with charging and cleansing my phosphosiderites. I could not find any specific ways for charging and cleansing them online.
So I just burned some palo santo. And let them sit above my terrarium by a window. One of the rocks energy fest extra amazing. And I am not really one to claim to feel rock energy, but wow.
I put them in secret compartments of my purse. Finally giving the hematite in my purse a rest.
Though the necklace doesn't go with my outfit, I might just put it on anyways, because frankly I am not totally liking the energy of Mars being in it's Aries element while so many planets are backtracking. While I am excited for things I feel very tried and frustrated this week as well too.

I think I need a purple rock in my purse again. For example amethyst is said to be good by money to curb spending. Currently have fire opal in my purse.

I have also been wearing garnet necklace for protection lately.

A garnet is very powerful for protection.

Speaking of protection black tourmaline has been a great addition! My bad vibes neighbors were asked not to come back when their lease is up.

One of my favorite rocks to work with is Clear Quartz. I originally bought them to charge up other rocks in my collection.

I then started working with them on their own. Keeping them in my back back and such. I ended up making a bunch of new friends around this time. Good vibing people. New and fun social circles. Great memories in my early-mid 20's.

Well since working with them again. Certain relationships in my life are feeling less strained. I see my future sister in law in a new light now.

I am also in a better state of mind for working with my boss. (I don't think it's really the crystals I think it's my post Saturn return. It took A LOT of work for me to be in the right mental state. Plus I am done with college so have brought my stress level down a few octaves.

Anyways today I think I will cleanse and charge them.
I have one in my wallet
another in my car console
one near the front door
and the other in the center of my home on top of my file cabinet.

I will decide later if I want to try them in new places.

I moved my clear quarts around mainly focusing them in the front entrance area of my home.

Yesterday I tried bathing with a rock for the first time. I did this with my rose quartz. I woke up with my period the next day. Super punctual. And my mom was impressed that I wasn't irritable leading up to it. I now after a moon light and daylight charge have it placed on my window sill above the bed.
