With most of the planets currently being in Aquarius conjunct my Moon, I feel calm and pleasant. Is there something I can take so that I always feel this way?

+1. Also Holy Basil, Amino Acids L-Theanine and 5 HTP, and/or St. John's Wort. If you have light skin tone, be careful of using St. Johns Wort, because it often increases sensitivity to sunlight. And there are some indications that Omega 3's also contribute to positive mood. Also food wise, regular consumption of non sulfured/sulphated, dried figs and dates (in the same meal), has both a boosting effect on mood (and serotonin) and also psychic sensitivity some as well (takes time to build up, like a month or more). Proper regular meditation, and proper, regular exercise, especially in nature, also helps a lot. I used to have severe, suicidal depression (for many years, from about age 8 to 21), so I had learned about various different outside aides. IP: Logged |

I so happy that the Aquarian transits are treating you well ChildofVenus. So with the mask mandates I have been laying off the supplements. I took a Rodeola Rosea I believe even though I felt fine at work. I threw up at work and sent my self home. I think it was the combo of textures I ate the night before. Plus the mask at work, the supplement was the cherry on top. Supplements for nerves have been a harder habit for me. Keeping those kind of supplements and tinctures were a life savor for me when my boss decided to obsess and be on my case about everything. Skullcap tincture plus rodolea rosea=natures xanax when you can't stand your boss. My boss is better now btw. And I can stand her again. Any ways ices teas that benefit the nerves make it more fun for me. I love ice tea. Hot tea is a chore for me. I like lavender for my nerves. When I was in a productivity funk with online classes green tea with peppermint helped. I have a cold brew maker I use for ice teas. But the problem is I also need it for coffee. I just registered for an ice tea maker pitcher for bridal shower. IP: Logged |

Luckily she has a different attitude with me this year. Forgive? Not sure. Forget? Nope. Glad she adjusted, and I know how to have a better reaction now. She is out of my hair a lot these days. I'm glad it's going better. IP: Logged |

Green tea with jasmine was good for my mood the second half of the day today. Plus the sun was finally out. Where I live this month it is grey skies a lot. Maybe sunshine two days a week. IP: Logged |

I took some rodolea and skull cap for the first time in a while at work. I was feeling very cornered and easily annoyed by busy bodies. (Plus Saturn square Mercury transit)I also took a few hits of a joint a few hours before seeing future in laws, I had a really nice time that day. IP: Logged |

Randall I wanted to give you an update that my boss is looking to retire in 2022. She is hoping to use next year as a training year for the new person who takes her place. IP: Logged |

The Zinc was making me nauseous. I was thinking of cutting them in half, since I don't like that reaction especially when I am trying to clean. My sister said she had the same side effect from those. Anywho I decided to switch to magnesium calcium supplement. Since it's a good one for hair, skin, and nails...good stuff to focus on before a wedding. Good for nerves and digestion as well. I can take up to 4 a day....but I don't want to be too mellowed out, and I don't want to be on the $h!++er all day. IP: Logged |

Lately I have been biting those raspberry zincs in half. I have had less nausea. But I washed mine down with a juice box from the aftertaste in my throat. My husband was very annoying yesterday and tested the hell out of my nerves and sanity. But I had no smoking relapses even though he definitely was triggering me for hours on end. Day drinking + off his Adderall. I did not storm out and smoke. But I had to seriously clap it out for him that he was being really annoying, and that I'm not having a good time....for him to tone it down and smoke a bowl. IP: Logged |

Figuring out the best herbs to take around in-laws. LolOverall his family’s intentions are pure. But something about that maternal bloodline….their personalities are very different from my family. His family is a little bit more deadpan, serious, stern, and conforming. They don’t really do small talk. With my families personality type it can seem off putting and rude. The parenting styles different from my families. Husband is use to his family telling him what to do…and then I came along. No one really seems to mind except his older sister. She has THAT personality and she made it clear with some slip ups that she doesn’t like having me around or me being the center of attention. But I’m sort of done putting an effort in w/ his older sister. We were both left outside for maybe 5 minutes. And we did not say a word to each other. This makes me just as uncomfortable as trying to make conversation with her. Besides that, I have it pretty good w/ his family. But sometimes it is too much for me. Like two days in a row. I was asked if I liked my in laws once…I will say yes, but not to the point where I want to be around them every weekend. IP: Logged |
