@Sorrow, I understand this I've struggled with about 2 dress sizes pre Rona. An additional 1 or two after. I'm firming up but yet to melt it away like I wish to. Thanks Vansio for sharing that. I'll look into trying it. I have been taking natural cell salts for remedy of excess fluids. I think they help with inflammation. On the full moon I'm starting another para cleanse too. Last time I lost the weight I really wanted off, my body held it until I chilled out and didn't care. So working hard at it was important for the first 80% or so. Afterwards I just had to live as a thin person, despite not believing I was - it just dropped.IP: Logged |

I've read that almond milk is good for that. I've had more success because I hardly snack at night anymore. (not by choice) Also positive Saturn transits to Mars help. I lost a noticeable amount of weight when Saturn was in Libra trining my Mars. I am having the same thing happen again with Saturn conjunct it. IP: Logged |

You can probably find it in a tea. It's in some energy drinks, as well. I would take it as a supplement.IP: Logged |

No,i think i prefer it as tea,but may it's better a combination of yerba mate feat ginger feat lemongrass to be more boosted for metabolism? Then,is it's taste so bitter as i read? ------------------ Mute Is My Sorrow IP: Logged |

Hello Sorrow,Spirulina functions very well as an appetite suppressant. Because it is sticky, you do not need alot at one time. Too much can constipate; so, remember to get enough fiber into your diet. Try a quarter to half a teaspoon in juice or the porridge of your choice; or, whatever you feel like mixing it with. It is also available in pills. More important than anything is that you move: exercise. Walking is great. Find your passion and work/stay with it. Results will happen for you. Just do not be so demanding. It took a while for you to gain the pounds; it will take a while for you to lose it. Oh yes, building a musculature is important in your weight loss goals. Muscles EAT! Let us know how you are doing, Pathseeker IP: Logged |
