Im still against psychiatric drugs and compare them to the original sin of eating the forbidden apple because many of these drugs numbs you physically, emotionally and spiritually what's worse than that? However for people who have already fallen into the psychiatry trap it's really hard to not continue in that route because the natural neurochemicals has been altered artificially by powerful synthetic drugs, so in many cases they must rely on these drugs to try to balance what has been altered.. sadly. Of course, they should leave that trap (by safe tapering with your doctor) if they get better and never fall for it again. In short, never take psychtric drugs... If you have taken them try your best to re-balance what has been altered with your doctor.. But in many cases this process takes a long time because the doctors use a trial-and-error approach with drugs to solve the imbalance they have created in the first place. Best wishes to all

I disagree. I'm not on medication, but it might have helped me. You never know. I know people who are helped by meds for anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I also know people who say that therapy has been incredibly helpful to them, meds or no meds. IP: Logged |

@teasel Psychiatric drugs are incredibly destructive and neurotoxic. Peter R. Breggin, M.D., is a psychiatrist and expert in clinical psychopharmacology. http://youtu.be/XfThKVNl0Oc IP: Logged |

You know what enrages me the most is when these drugs are given to young children! I've seen it with my eyes even under 10 years old 😔 sad really sad thing to do for young children. IP: Logged |

I disagree. I myself am suffering from the side effects of meds right now and it seems permanent sadly, I ended up on it weirdly during the lockdown period as I was disturbed during deep meditation and lost the control of my body for few hours. Psychiatrists branded it as psychosis and put me on meds for more than a year until I quit it on my own. Within three months of taking these poison I became unable to feel any emotions, unable to have any thoughts(my mind is blank all the time), and developed a severe cognitive impairment( my memory span is of 5 seconds now and I barely understand anything I read or listen to). I have been this way for more than 2 years now. I would have sued these b@st@rds but I am pretty sure they will brand me as mentally ill person and put me back on these poison. These meds do a number on the brain.

I’m sorry to hear that, but they have helped people, too. Not every doctor is a good one, and that also goes for the woo woo ones who push their own supplements into people.

ADHD isn't a real disease. Why do 90 percent of ADHD drugs go to the US? Does not it affect other countries? I call BS. We shouldn't be medicating perfectly normal children into being good little zombies. IP: Logged |

I understand what you went through. There is literally thousands and thousands of people around the world who are injured by these drugs "poisons". You can read about their experiences in reddit subs: anhedonia, PSSD, Antipsychiatry. They also discuss and share possible treatments. IP: Logged |

Psychiatry is a crime against humanity. There are no physiological tests that demonstrate a chemical imbalance in the brain, yet a drug is being given to correct this so called imbalance. But the drug is the cause of a real chemical imbalance in the brain that happens later on, with time and use. The "medications" are closely related to street drugs, and cause addiction, poor health, many diseases and, eventually, death. The "medications" companies make a fortune out of selling the drugs for a "whole-life customer", someone who will be a consumer for as long as s/he breathes. Yes, it is good when one can leave that trap. But not everyone can. Sometimes people find out about the truth when it is already too late, and the brain chemistry and structure has already been altered in a way that doesn't enable rehab.IP: Logged |

The trick is to not resist them, let them run, let them run in full speed, wild, untamed, without any control, let everything come, let everything happen, sooner or later you will find that the thoughts slow down, and after a while they even disappear, and you enter these spaces that have no thoughts, nothing, simply you and life, no thoughts in between.
