They are really good for trigger points in the back, lower back, shoulder blades, chest, legs, butt  anywhere in the body all you need is your body weight and gravity! It works for painful muscular knots and adhesions.I tried deep massage and this works better because no one can feel your body more than you! 
 The second set can be used against a wall. There is another like the first one with smaller surface area for harder to reach muscular trigger points.

It is really helpful to get rid of painful muscular trigger points/ knots. Stretching and excercing prevent them from occuring again... IP: Logged |
