Hi ThunderSword,Thank you for the post. The lacrosse ball exercise, though well intentioned, can put people at risk for injury if their stabilization is poor; such is the case for older people. It would be like slipping on a banana peel for them. Such an exercise would offer similar benefits, as those shared by the demonstrator, from a seated position. Pathseeker IP: Logged |
