I'm a simple woman: I see Edgar Cayce, I click.I am fascinated by him. I have the newer edition of Thomas Sugrue's biography (only one written during his lifetime, if I recall correctly) and Sidney Kirkpatrick's biography as well as Cayce's books about astrology, auras, etc. The more I learn about him, the more drawn to him I feel. I am touched by how he unselfishly used his powers to help others, how he wrestled with his faith, just a good person. ------------------

He tried to be a good person, but he was definitely a conflicted, complex, at times difficult, and extreme type person. His own guidance strongly criticized him more than a few times, noting his stubbornness (for one with a Pisces stellium, he was quite stubborn as indicated by Leo Asc, Leo Uranus Rising and conjunct his Asc, and Moon in Taurus), his tendency to go to extremes in many areas, and his lack of discipline in health and diet areas. But at the end of the day, he did try to do good unto others and be of positive service to people and sometimes at real material cost to himself. Besides his predominant Uranus, his guidance noted that Jupiter and Neptune were quite highlighted in his chart (yes, despite that his Jupiter was in Capricorn i.e. the so called "fall" placement of same).
