A woman stole bows and arrow and other stuff and threw a lit fire bomb in our local Walmart.
Things are getting very scary here.
If this goes on too much longer many of us are totally screwed over in many ways.
Many of us cannot keep going but a few more weeks at best.
Very bad time to be impoverished; elderly; disabled and on top of all that;
very sick since January 24th.
There is no help.
Scary scary scary. 
Robberies and shootings......
And today no one did trash pick up so trash is by road.
When the damn raccoons come out tonight and neighbors' damn dogs;
there will be a huge mess tomorrow.
And yippie.....

Who could have imagined the 2020 new year would bring such a disease, fear and death of Citizens. Lexx, i hope you are staying safe and prepared with food, meds and your other needs to complete the stay at home order.. ------------------

Very scary indeed.
I had a dream a few years ago about this plague and hope that the rest of the dream does not come true. 
So far much of it has come true. I hope you and yours are keeping well. {{{hugs}}}  I am still mostly bed bound since my post over a month ago. Over 3 months to date so damn sick in addition to my multiple disabilities.
Have been sicker in my life to date but never this long with a respiratory etc. bug.
It makes my other ills much worse.
I am scared; cannot help it.
It is even wrecking my already bad eyesight.
Spouse ill too on top of his disabilities.
Need to see doctors and have overdue tests; but do not dare do so until this plague lets up publicly.
We get groceries by mail and drive up pick-up.
Finally got some more toilet paper.
Need so much other things; cannot find and or afford it all.
Trying to keep on surviving is all we can do for now-being.
Vomiting and or nauseated every day.
Losing weight;
needed to but not like this.
Hurts to eat and swallow.
Living on electrolyte powder many days. I am still here at LL but not posting much. Take care of yourself Juniperb.  IP: Logged |

Still alive;
slowly recovering from over 120 days sick with COVID.
Ugh.
Hit with Macular Degeneration now. http://www.macular.org/what-macular-degeneration Scary to say the least.
Otherwise doing as good as can be expected until it is safe to start going in for medical care and tests and so forth.
COVID has really made doing such very difficult. Anyhow;
still here!

Hi Lexx and Juni  I saw this in the list of threads that were posted in today.I've been feeling wiped out this weekend. I actually took a nap, late this morning, which hardly ever happens. I'm sad that Spring is over, and I missed out on the light early mornings - most of them. I know it will still be light for a while, but I need to be up for it, and outside. I wish I could stick to a sleep schedule, and guarantee that. When it gets dark, I start to feel trapped, unless I'm going to sleep, or walking outside in the dark. I hope I'm not getting sick, and this is just leftover fatigue from having trouble sleeping recently. IP: Logged |

Hope you stay well teasel and you too juniperb.
I was hit with COVID and it kept me mostly bed bound for nearly 5 months.
As a result I can barely walk even with my walker.
Trying to get better.
Seems my primary physician and some staff had it.
Got sick from the damn clinic.
Left with all kinds of damage; hoping the new illnesses will resolve;
but I was warned that as with most older already disabled folks who got COVID;
I may not get any better.
Staying at home.
Grocery deliveries and such.
Phone medical appointments; many doctors do not want me to see them in person.
That includes not being able to get needed tests until the Pandemic abates.
