I meant Olive Oil. This is the single best thing I have ever made. It takes everything to the next level and almost everything I make now tastes gourmet. I am a raw vegan, pretty much This olive makes anything good from baked potatoes to raw veggies to salads to sauteed veggies. You could use it as part of a marinade for anything. Today, I made amazing tofu with it. You put garlic or oregano in olive oil and let it sit for a month in a dark cabinet. You can lemon juice in it, too. ------------------
