1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon dutch processed cocoa powder 2 tablespoons white sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon espresso powder 2 cups water 1 cup milk or unsweetened soy milk 1/4th teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)Mix the dry ingredients (cocoa powder, sugar, salt, espresso powder) then add 2 cups of boiling water over it and mix it. Since the cocoa powder is mixed with the sugar it won't clump. Then add the milk, and then it's done. Use a frother to make it look more fancy. not to highjack the tread...but on instagram i've seen people make hotchocilage by melting actual chocolte ive never tried it but it looked good on instagram..lol IP: Logged |
