It turns out I have an appointment with the tattoo artist extraordinaire Craigy Lee, tomorrow. I cancelled my Sakura tree with Horiken for him ! (The other reason is that I'd find it difficult to heal from a full back tattoo with three kids who love jumping on my back *ouch!) so, instead I am getting my Sanskrit. A long time student of Sanskrit hand wrote the exact phrase I have wanted for a while. This is my wrist tattoo. I had it verified too for accuracy, don't want any vowel mark mistakes or anything. Ill take a pic tomorrow after its done .

I asked my friend to if it was possible to write out the line I had in mind, he wrote this... And I was happy.

^SunChild, that's a really beautiful tattoo.

Very cool thread. Just wanted to add that Adam Lambert just got a very intriguing looking tattoo that represents his astrological chart! Very interesting. He's an Aquarius Sun, Aries Moon with Libra Rising (funny thing is we share the exact same sign energies except different placements I'm Libra Sun, Aries Moon, with Aquarius Rising).

Too funny. I do however like the Ram horns which are a tribute to Aries (Go RAMS!).

When Im old enough to have them....

I plan on....
1.Tattooed eyeliner thin above eyes and bellow.
2.Eyebrows this type of eyebrow
This type of Eyebrow but thinner & less arched.
3.Lips(darker shade of a natural color).
4.Scorpio symbol in black ink on my ankle. Despite not being a Scorpio,(moon-jyestha in sidereal),the tattoo will represent the ability to always be strong, regardless of what happens.
5.3 Monarch butterflies on my chest. Im not sure yet what thats a talisman for.. I think when I have the gesticulation surrogate mother for my 3 children, maybe?

Thanks guys.

Shadows, I want eyebrows too. I am looking into cosmetic tattooing ATM. Naturally, I am born with very thin eyebrows that for some unfortunate reason are really wide and rectangular, it takes me forever to pluck and draw them in. I literally would look like a man if I took a picture of my eye and natural brow.
Ick, I'll have Kat's eyebrow instead. My Mum has very beautiful brows, I got my dads lol

Well, only about a million of them. It all depends on you...as a person too. ....;like what is going to fit best with your and your personality.

Make sure you take the time to think about it for awhile before proceeding. Even draw a rough sketch on yourself and "live with it" a bit beforehand. When you decide what you want, make sure your artist specializes in that style or can produce the tattoo you want, the way you want it.
