Jo B unregistered	posted June 14, 2015 09:31 AM I'd say clingy people have less control of themselves, they are lacking in self-esteem which means they compensate by seeking reassurance and comfort from another person. Intense people are more self-sufficient but they experience emotions strongly so they probably give off the vibe of being somewhat overbearing, not clingy. They also might have high expectations of you to reciprocate this level of intensity in a relationship. That's my take on it. IP: Logged
