It was really good. I didn't have the pecans, so I substituted mixed nuts and sour cream for the cream cheese. Wasn't sure about the oil, so I used cherry syrup to make up the balance. It was pretty good, but I can feel it in my veins that it was too much. Had to walk to the store twice, haha. IP: Logged |

It was funny, I made it in my iron skillet and it was too big for the cake dome. So I figured I would frost the whole thing and quarter it. Four layer cake was the plan, tower of Babel it became. Behold, the cake dome was not made to house such a force. So it became a D. Worked out. IP: Logged |
