I thought there was a thread for this, but I can’t find it.

I’m watching “The Stand” and even Alexander Skarsgard doesn’t make Randall Flagg appealing.

Who's in that? Never heard of it.
I wanted to see that version of The Stand. Gotta say I like him though. He was on trueblood.

I started the OA because it seemed well received by those that enjoyed shows I watched. I want to resume 4400 afterwards.

"If they came back, then they went somewhere. Where did they go?"

I resonate with this series somewhat (Ppl think I'm weird..

This show is more disturbing than ST

- it is a cross between a few horror flixs, Stranger Things and The Breakfast Club

Okay ~ on Pt2 This is rather Hitchcock-ian.

You may have been one I read say good things.
It was hard to get in it, as the abuse really was difficult. That ending, what a twist.

Did you notice the Pt2 hospital room scene? It was filmed in 2016 - Biden was the current President. lol

I didn’t remember that.

It premiered the December after we lost Mum, and the night before we had to take my sister back to Canada. It was the only thing to hold my attention. As soon as the
story changed in the first episode, I was hooked.

Volleyball? right? It makes me yearn for my old tetherball. Loved that. Volleyball was fun but frenzied. I like the 1:1 matches.

Do you watch any Netflix still?

I'm sorry for your loss. That had to be hard for both your father and you.

Did Prairie bring you an inner strength with her conviction to help others&herself survive? She was a powerful character. I even felt closer to this cast of characters over the other NF series Stranger Things. Something about the OA brought a realness from each person who was a broken person before rising with inner strength. Faith.

It was that it seemed to turn into a fairytale, and the credits at the end, just felt Christmas-like to me. Then, the connection she had with the others, and the connection that was built between the kids and the teacher who helped her. A bit of magic, out of horror that nobody should have to experience.

I adored how good that teacher was to them.
It was as though she was rescuing her passed over twin. It was moving how far Steve had developed and how she come through for him. Go BBA.
Yeah "fairytale" maybe. It was uplifting after all.

Pan's Labyrinth. I love watching movies in the middle of the night, like this, with the crickets and other night creatures serenading us (or whatever they're doing).

I’m going to miss Lucifer. Every episode except one, made me cry, in this last season.

Midnight Mass! On Netflix. I’ve been watching on and off since late last night. I’ve just finished episode four.
It’s a really slow burn, and it wasn’t really holding my interest, until this episode.

Last season of Goliath. I like BBT's character, and I love Patty. She is one of my favourite characters on television.
