Emu oil has helped me with burns before. You can also get special plasters/band aids from Alston, or maybe places like Walmart, for burns. They form a booster and are supposed to stay in until it’s healed, but they have fallen off in the shower before. IP: Logged |

I’m hoping to grow squash like this, next year. *editedI'm going to make anti-flea biscuits for my dog, and try to get a bit of something into my cat's food. They have had fleas bad this year, and I don't know why. Everything feels surreal, so I'm just trying to ground myself in things offline. It's so beautiful outside, so I'm going back out soon, once I make some tea. I'm going to vacuum up some DE, and then vacuum everything I can. I’ll edit my links out soon, and upload to Imgur. I just got all sweaty and gross, making those biscuits. I think I overmixed them in my mixer, so I added more flour, and then added a lot more flour as I was having to knead the dough by hand, then roll it out, and finally be able to cut some cookie shapes out of there, instead of it being all sticky. I should have taken my fan into the kitchen. But I made a lot of cookies, and they're in the oven now, for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Why that long, I don't know, and I hope they don't burn.I still have half my iced chai in the fridge, that I got earlier. I'm going to shower, add a bit more ice to that, and watch a movie. I am still fighting cancer too.
It is a very hard fight and has left me nearly bed bound, usually unable to walk, and having paralysis episodes and blindness episodes and more nasty things.

They remove tumour etcetera about a 7 pound tumor and everything nearby too. I am still recovering but still having intravenous infusions.

I am often bed bound too and can no longer do much more of anything and it is hard very hard so I totally understand how you must feel💙
I hope by next Summer I will be cured and can work on walking again and get my vision back and hopefully not need help dressing and bathing etcetera.
I just try to enjoy every little thing even though most of my life now involves staring out my bedroom window at my back yard whilst lying on my bed.
It was horrible when I went blind for a few months from toxic eye drops that the CDC recalled because the drops blinded and killed many folks.
So messed up eyes made it hard to enjoy my view of outside from my bed and was pretty much unable to be online much and not at all for awhile.
Could not watch Netflix either or read😭
My eyes are still messed up but I can see okay enough just not great now,
I just try to enjoy what I can still enjoy and keep them reminding myself that I am still alive and not dead like my younger sister who died on the morning of my 68th. Birthday from bone cancer that came from her breast cancer.😭😭😭

Maybe.  I'm freaked out over things in my life, but I've been okay once I'm up, most of the time. Those biscuits I made, are way too hard. There is no way the dog can eat them. I don't know why she said to cook them for so long. So those ingredients have been wasted. I'm going to try again, with a shorter baking time. Maybe a more simple recipe, too. IP: Logged |

I totally understand and have a very hard time to keep from freaking out too👽😭
Both my and my spouse's ill health and poverty plagues us so it is often a nightmare hard to cope for sure👽😭
The utter uncertainties of life and idiots from medical to grocery delivery and just about everything causing stress because of jerks who do not do their jobs right and do not care. Like giving wrong meds or other screwups and throwing groceries on ground instead of on steps and ruining groceries and then not ringing bell which means groceries can sit in blazing sun or rain or freezing snow and get totally ruined🤬

That is an awful affliction for a cat😭
I lost some cats in years back in the 1990s
when FIV was pretty much an epidemic👽

Today not doing well much pain and edema and side effects of my cancer intravenous infusions from yesterday are hitting me very hard😭
Well if it all eventually in about 6 more months cures me of cancer and does not cause new illness from the side effects it will be worth it🌻But it is hard with winter soon to come and having to wait for nice weather again. Being bed bound in raining and freezing snowy weather is very depressing and hard for me to get to hospital for the cancer treatments too👽😭
Okay going now try to eat even though the semi paralysis causes trouble moving and even going to bathroom and eating.
Just have to hang on and take it all one ,moment at a time.
My poor husband is suffering too and his afflictions are not curable and treatments barely help and the side effects are often bad too.👽😭
Okay going now and taking my gloomy doomies out of here for now.
