A few were actually soft enough to eat, but most were too hard, because of the cooking time. I don’t know why she said to cook them for so long.

We call it fire soup and has about the same ingredients except for we use the semi ground red pepper seeds instead.
Yes totally helps clear ones head and sinuses 😎❤️
We also make a big batch to freeze to use as needed❤️😎

I did not get outside in the beautiful sunshine today as I was too shaky and weak 😭

But had Applebee's take out❤️
Could not eat it all 😳
so have leftover feast to devour tomorrow😎

Trying to get some dental implants too if insurance will cover them as I cannot do dentures or partials due to inability to use my hands and eyes well enough to manage them. Also my body is absorbing my jaws👽👽👽Hopefully I can get implants so I can eat more like a normal person again😎

It takes like an hour or more to eat a small amount of food.
I just have to nibble and try not to gag and choke.
I think the anti-cancer treatments are making my mouth and throat and esophagus raw and inflamed 👽 That causes painful esophageal spasms👽😭
So I just go very very slow and wait for the burning gripping spasms to let up betwixt bites of food.
The past few days it has not been as bad as before.😎
Just got to keep holding on and keep upbeat😎❤️
Okay must try to sleep now been rambling at you too much👽😳

I may need to get them again.
They helped bring my iron up to normal levels.
I am very very aneimic now though
so need them again.
Been trying to get it from food
but when one has trouble eating that does not always work.
Also with my digestive problems
I cannot absorb iron from foods or
supplements well.
Going to go back to trying meat sources like chicken livers which have 60% of daily iron in just a 4 ounce serving and enough vitamin C to assist in iron absorption.
You need adequate vitamin C to digest iron.
