How would you interpret a Cap with Saturn in it's house in relation to Aqua or vice versa Aqua with Saturn in it's house in relation to Cap? IP: Logged |

Sorry been busy. Just re-wrote the question out and answered it myself i think. Whatever house Aquarius is in, it's energy/comes out in the house that Saturn occupies (traditional) rather than the house Uranus occupies (modern). So you could do it with either traditional or modern but couldn't combine both of them, because they would be different? IP: Logged |

Well first you kinda have to decide whether you're going to stick w/ traditional rulership or modern rulership. I personally use modern, so then I only associate Uranus with Aquarius. But if I were to use traditional then I would consider both Uranus and Saturn for Aquarius. Is that what you were asking? IP: Logged |

Yeah something along those lines. Like Venus or Mercury in either system has Taurus/Libra/Venus or Gemini/Virgo/Mercury and they can both be in equal parts in another house that they don't rule. If one had Venus in Taurus, then the Taurus house would be stronger than the Libra house that would also manifest there? Does that help any better? Tend to use modern also, but got curious. Thanks for bearing with me.

If somebody had Taurus ruling...let's say the 1H cusp, and they also had Venus sitting in that house, and they also have Libra on their 5H cusp, then I don't necessarily think that their 1H cusp will be 'stronger' then their 5H b/c of Venus. At least not that I've heard of. But I guess you can say that the 1H will have a strong emphasis of Taurus and Venusian quality, since Venus and Taurus go together. So this person would have the earthy Taurus ASC plus the charm that's added by Venus sitting there. IP: Logged |

I use both traditional and modern rulers. For example, my 8th house is ruled by Aquarius and I have Saturn (Aquarius' ancient ruler) in the 8th, so my 8th is strong. Aquarius' modern ruler Uranus is in the 7th, so the ruler of my 8th house of Aquarius are both Uranus and Saturn.
