It is funny with Jupiter and a "hard" planet or asteroid, it seems to make it worse, not better.
It seems to enlarge the asteroid or planet. With Chiron, it seems to make more pain when it is conjunct Jupiter. The same goes for Nessus.

Jup sq Nep is generational so not that important
Venus trine Jupiter is lovely. Jupiter makes what it touches happier and more full of life and joy. These people have a big kind of happy love that people can feel.

merc oppose Jupiter--You may have big ideas in your mind-- big plans-- but you go back and forth about doing them--

Merc sq Jup--One may have big ideas and want to do them but one's mind stops one and one struggles with this.
