From what I've seen in synastry it shows where you make someone else feel good and to what extent you can help someone and lift them up, and vice versa. With the hard aspects it shows where you can be a little TOO uplifted and end up accidentally making something bad happen out of good intentions.

I have been looking for appropriate interpretation of it, but usually they describe only jupiter in houses or jupiter in signs. And I have no idea, how to interpretate Jupiter in Taurus in 7th House...

I have Jupiter in 7th house in Taurus.

Aspects, that my Jupiter makes, are:
trines my Sun (in Cap in 3rd House),
bi-quentiles my Venus (in Cap in 2nd House)
bi-quentiles my Uranus (in cap 2nd House)
semi-squares my Neptune (in cap 2nd House)
semi-sextiles Mars (in Aries in 6th House)
squares MC (in Leo)

I like how you described Jupiter. It expands where it touches while Saturn restricts where it touches.

My Jupiter is in Taurus 2nd house, dispositor of my Sag Asc. I dislike though my Mercury/Jupiter/Neptune T-Square = overidealizing.

My Jupiter also opposes Mars, it's one of my favorite aspects in my chart. It gives energy.

Venus-Jupiter-Asc Grand Trine, (I'm not sure if it counts though since Venus & Jupiter are earth and Asc fire...) love this configuration although I find Venus trine Asc somewhat useless. Or I don't understand how it works lol.

My Jupiter also makes two minor aspects, quintile Moon & BiQuintile Pluto. They're both within 0-1 degree orb I think.

The Grand trine counts in a way and doesn't, in a way. I have it too, but the ASC does not count toward a classic grand trine. It has to be 3 planets.

However, it works as a Grand Trine, I think. I have ASC/venus and Chiron.

Chiron does not count, either, according to the classic astrologers, I think.

I should study quintiles because people keep asking me about them, MIL

I am not too good with transits because I don't do them in my own life. I don't like to see when things are not going to be good. I would rather not know lol

However, for you, I think your career would be the most impacted as the conjunction is always strongest. If Jupiter makes close good aspects such as the trine and sextile to other houses, those houses will be blessed too but I would look to good things with career.
