I've also been thinking about how asteroids CAN fine tune the attraction.We
also had Eros conjunct Psyche.Again stopped giving much importance.But I see how all the things I overlooked could've had a say in the way I felt.

Interesting post, I've been searching for this subject for a while....

I've been in a relationship for over 10 years off and on, I'm not sure what we are destine to it but regardless , Node connections in synastry concern as far as South Node points to the past connections with people who have some unfinished business, and the North Node Node we develop new experiences , both are karmic connections that equally important. In natal chart if we stick to one side we are not balanced.

In synastry these are karmic connections that can be with family members, friends, lovers or people we meet everyday, these people of strong effect in one another's lives for good of ill.

My Moon conjunct my daughter's NN 0 degree orb, one of our main conversation is when I talk about my mother, and how I became to understand motherhood when I gave birth to her, and what goes around comes around ....I tell her based on my experience with my mother she shouldn't take motherhood as granted, she will remember what we talked about when she finally becomes a mother on day.

My NN conjunct her Mars odegree orb, she is teaching me to work harder by , she amazes me how hard she is on top of every day of her life...she is amazing.

This makes me a little sad because me and my ex who just broke up almost two weeks ago had this at a little over 2 degrees. I mean I know one has to look at the whole chart for the full picture. I am the NN person..perhaps I wasn't ready for what he had to offer me? I have changed some what since our break up..

We also have other NN aspects as well I am the NN in all of them:
Node trine AS little over 4 degrees
Node sextile Mars under 2 degrees
Node sextile Venus under 2 degrees
