My part of fortune and pallas are less then 10 degrees of my ascendant though, in the 12th house. So I guess they're in the first house? IP: Logged

Both my brother and I have Saturn in the 12th, but that's the only planet my brother has in the 12th house. What does this mean? Does the Moon in the 12th represent an absent mother aswell?
