It used to wake me up if I was drowsy. I guess I developed a tolerance to it. I also have no effects if I quit it. IP: Logged |

Ginseng is used for energy , especially if you are cold hands and feet person. That's what Chinese healers say lol... if you're a cold appendages person they suggest ginseng, powder is best but capsules will do to.
Personally I prefer Siberian ginseng, it's a little more potent hence athletes use it for endurance training.
Otherwise the red ginseng is most valuable, and white root is a lesser quality. And then there's Guarana root powder, they add it to energy drinks. So rather that drinking all that chemical stuff you can add Guarana powder to OJ :-) Sorry for butting in...:-D IP: Logged |
