This person has been impossible for me to overcome my feelings for, despite having moved out of the country and everything...but this is a composite. In the synastry chart, he completes a yod for me, we both complete a fire grand trine for each other (involving our mutual neptunes, my mars, and his venus) and also a kite extending off of the trine...that plus this composite which has so much going on in terms of geometirc patterns...mystic rectangle, two kites, a seer pattern, a trapezoid, overall i have to say its terribly difficult to pull apart what is causing what in terms of how the feelings go. One major aspect in the synastry that seems to dominate is that his saturn is conjunct my northnode. as i undertand it, this is a classic pattern of deep love unfulfilled, for whatever reason. we're both married now, have known each toehr since we were teens, and have always had an enormous pull toward one another. any intimacy was through the roof (mars opp. neptune in a kite maybe? jupiter opposition venus in the composite? so hard to know what drives it). mostly, it seems like missed signals...we've admitted we were always in love, but too late to be able to enjoy it. we essentially didn't trust that our feelings would be reciprocated...so this is a case of double sided unrequited love...if only because we met too young to know what to do with such intense connective tissue. Still in contact, more than 20 years later...and all of those feelings persist for both of us still. Pretty wild. composite here: synastry here:

Tread looks to be pretty dead.. but I'll post my own chart anyway. Maybe someone will find it a useful example. Many of my patterns involve angles and nodal axis, and I know some purists don't consider such patterns... I personally see no reason not to though. I have: - A Cradle/Basket/Wedge formation involving Mars/Mercury/MC, Neptune/IC, Moon and Pluto. - A T-Square involving Sun, Moon and Saturn. - A Yod involving Moon, Pluto and North Node. - A Grand Cross involving Ascendant/South Node, Mercury/Mars/MC, North Node/DC and Neptune/IC... or if you don't count Asc/SN, then it's a T-Square + a Cradle, forming a Skull Cap. - A couple Wedges involving Chiron, Saturn/Uranus and Jupiter. - And a Thor's Hammer, a pattern not mentioned in this thread, involving Asc/SN, Neptune and Venus. Thank you for bringing these patterns to my attention! I was aware of some of that, but not all. Wouldn't Mercury be closer than Mars in the 9th harmonic pattern though? Given that I have an almost exact trine between Mercury and Pluto... In any case Saturn-Pluto-Mercury is a much better fit than Saturn-Pluto-Mars, and my natal Mercury tends to dominate my Mars/Mercury conjunction.

Yes. You are correct, Nadja, The configuration is a Saturn -> Pluto -> MERCURY -> Saturn ... 1/9 -> 3/9 - 4/9 triangle. Is it ok for me to use your chart and these three harmonic aspect patterns as examples in my Vibrational Astrology thread at http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/241116.html ?
