Randall would tell me to ignore and I thought he was being a wimp. I was angry at him and almost left, one time.

This one person harassed me from my entire time on LL and every time she would bait me, I would jump in with both feet.

Randall was kind enough to put up with me until I learned that he was the wise one and I was the foolish one.

Now, I can ignore most of the time or answer with good cheer. Thanks for appreciating that, Ellyn

When I came to Ll six years ago, I was devastated. I had little self esteem. I was afraid to show who I was. I was afraid of my anger. I was afraid to show my humor. I was guilty about everything. I decided to let the people on LL know me.

That was a conscious decision because I had so much shame that I was hiding in my real life.

I wanted to have one place that knew me. I was very reactive to everything. My ego was very sensitive. I was obnoxious talking about my mother all the time. I was a mess but I showed it here.

I became a Mod after about a year and that had it's own set of issues because people challenged you cuz they thought you were "da man"

This cracks me up now cuz I am so not"da man" However, being a Mod makes you someone that people will challenge.

I used to take the bait. I got into a lot of fights but slowly I learned coping skills.

Three people were rocks for me--Randall, Lalalinda and IQ.

I was someone whom people could have thrown away but they didn't.

It was pure grace on their parts.

Now, I am coming out of the mess, little by little and it is slow.

I have my website as a result of learning AStrology on here and I get to help people.

This helps me to feel worthwhile and to build my self esteem.

I say all this to say that LL can be a real place of growth because of the love of some very special people on here.

The people who harass you are very needed in order to grow, too, because if not you would not be stretched.

That is why I encourage people to stay and if they are Mod, to stick through it.

That is my story and unfortunately, I am sticking to it
