Hi - I like this string.I have Moon in Aries in the very beginning of 9th house and to add to that, conjunct south node - I'm always going through expansion after I have break-downs/extreme changes which happens often because I jump into so many things without looking and i usually want to expand on my own but i'm pulled/pushed to do it with others. I have a 1st House Taurus moon like I saw posted earlier in here My sense of self is constantly in flux, and I'm always trying to change myself, and my Pluto placement helps with that. I love self-improvement and self-change! It hasn't been easy either, as my Chiron conjuncts it, but it's been worth it. Lots of healing. IP: Logged |

I have Aries Moon in the 8th house.. My emotions and feelings are like weather.. Thinking about it, sometimes I can be quite an aggressive, impulsive Aries striking so deeply and intensively in the depths of emotional complexity, and sometimes I'm just a happy and simple Aries that is childish and full of energy and joy lolol.. ^_^; (just imagine an innocent looking ram suddenly with Scorpio-like eyes lol)Funny is, I noticed that my emotions are also a bit Pisces influenced.. I wonder if it has anything to do with my 8th house's cusp being Pisces, as the house's cusp means our attitude of dealing with the house's area (but my Moon is still an Aries one).. ^_^; But one thing is sure, is that they are always going through transformations.. My moon is in the 7th house, but I also have my sun on the 7th house and what I have read about both makes me struggle with opposites. In fact I always wonder about such combination. But, I guess that would be another thread I could start and have a talk about it, for now I'll just say that my moon is on the 7th house (relationships) so how do I translate that?IP: Logged |

Hmmmm, my Moon (Gemini) is in my 5th house. I am curious as to what is meant by self-expression. Personally, I have always seen self-expression as a form of communication, and thus would have attributed that to perhaps the 3rd house. I suppose given the concept of the 5th house, it might mean creative self-expression? That being said, I have a hard time seeing my creative self-expression changing, as I really am not very creative... Any thoughts / insights? Thanks! ------------------ Sun: Scorpio Moon: Gemini Asc: Capricorn IP: Logged |

alcheme,"Self-expression" is the "keyword" for Identity Security, how we become secure with who we are. Dating is one form of self-expression. With Moon focused in the 5th house (self-expression, also dating) perhaps you change your dates frequently or your feelings about dating change. Thanks for the info, again! The dating aspect doesn't really fit me. I am more of the long-term relationship kind of girl... I followed through all the steps on your webpage link that you provided. My astro-sentence seems to be "Thinking modifying Home focused on Self-Expression". I am not quite sure I do a lot of thinking about my "Home", but the extended keywords of emotions and unconscious do seem to fit. After reading your webpage, I think that I have a better understanding of the "Self-Expression" concept as it applies to "Identity Security". I suppose in that context, I probably do my fair share of changing in attempts to become more inline with who I am (as well as a whole lot of thinking about it, LOL). I always attributed it to my Scorpio Sun, but perhaps it is my Moon? IP: Logged |

Hi Tim! My Moon is in Pisces in the 8th house, where my Aries Sun also is. I guess the combination of these energies in the 8th house makes me introspective, comtemplative, fascinated by sex, death, insurance lol.Seriously, I love my Pisces Moon. It's what urged me to get into writing, poetry, music, and the arts in general. It also makes me shy, retiring, unassuming, and quiet--- for an Aries. What can you say about this placement, Tim? ------------------ Sun in Aries, Moon in Pisces, Leo rising... your fellow sojourner in this earthly plane. IP: Logged |

kismet,With Moon focused in the 8th house (transformation, also control), your sense of being in "control" tends to change. Sometimes it seems everything is in control and then it all changes and things seem to be out of control. Learning to "flow" with this back and forth in control will help your life go more smoothly. Although, it sounds like you have already made this adjustment! In control, Tim IP: Logged |

Thanks, Tim!I've also been following some of your posts at the astro.com forum. Honestly, I find your entries educational and insightful, always. There is always something new that I'm learning from you, and that's good! I don't always post because I'm so afraid of being either ignored or else attacked by a fellow member. So much for control, huh? And I like your attitude when a fellow member does make cutting remarks. You just take it in stride, and I would like to follow your example. A forum, after all, is for the reasonable exchange of ideas. Thanks to people like you who make astrology comprehensible and easy to grasp, it inspires me to go on with my own studies. And that's what I love about astrology: the learning never ends for someone with an open mind! Thanks again, Tim! ------------------ Sun in Aries, Moon in Pisces, Leo rising... your fellow sojourner in this earthly plane. IP: Logged |

Thanks for the nice words! On another note, I urge you to take a chance and post on the astro.com site. Most of the people are pretty nice and eager to explain their astrological viewpoints. I have only been attacked once online ever, and it taught me to use my Buddhist training in detachment and disengagement. So if they reply you will probably learn something, and if they don't reply, that's better than them attacking you, right? You win no matter what happens! You can't control the responses of others, all you can control is your postings and your responses to others postings. Take a chance, post your questions or just your thoughts, be open to new ideas, and learn all the time. See you on astro.com! Learning all the time, Tim IP: Logged | |
