Fellow Astro-travellers,Whichever house your Moon is in indicates either places where the issues of the house change for you, or your attitudes towards the house change. For example, in my birth chart, my Moon is focused in my first house (being), so I personally change and my sense of myself changes. If someone has their Moon focused in the 3rd house (thinking), their thoughts would change or their feelings about their thoughts would change. The challenge is to ACCEPT the changes of the Moon...no need to worry, just wait awhile...and everything will change all over again! Here are the houses: All you need to do is add in your Moon! Let me know about any questions you have...for the rest of you, look at your birth chart, find what house your Moon is in, and let us know about the changes in your life! Loonily, Tim IP: Logged |

BlueEyes,With Moon focused in the 11th house (friends), you may find that friendships tend to come and go. Friendlily, Tim IP: Logged |

My Virgo Moon is in the 5th.All my self-expression flows from the same place I would think, but there are different methods of expression. I do often vaccilate between different art forms. I might get into photography for a while, then switch back to music, then get interested in acting, etc. How I communicate also changes over time, but I wonder if it's like that for everyone. Libra moon in the eleventh house. While I have some "core" friends who are always constant, other friends and acquaintances do seem to come and go. For instance, I may make good friends at a certain job and after switching jobs, you just don't run into the same people any more. Yes, that has happened alot to me, making really good friends but only for a season. IP: Logged |

I also have Moon in the 11th and if there's one thing that's inconsistent in my life its in my dealings with other people..I often have the need to get away from everyone and start all over again.. it has its pros and cons! :P IP: Logged |

Aqua Moon in the 8th house here. Ssoooo, my emotions are focused on transformation (and alchemical transmutation!) I also think that having my moon here, in the sign that it's in, my emotions are a lot deeper than others see or experience from me at first. My ecclectic group of friends play an important role in my transformations, as I'm sure I do in theirs ------------------ `Who are you?' said the Caterpillar. This was not an encouraging opening for a conversation. Alice replied, rather shyly, `I--I hardly know, sir, just at present-- at least I know who I WAS when I got up this morning, but I think I must have been changed several times since then.' ~Lewis Carroll IP: Logged |

My moon is in virgo in the 8th house. The inconstant moon is in the house of change....do I sense a double negative here? All I know is that my moods are crazy, intense, and I have hella issues with jealousy and suspicion.(They don't always show up though) Just having the house placement is enough for me, I wonder what's its like to be an actual scorpio mooner? (Probably not much of a difference) I also usually know right off the bat whether I'll get along woth a person or not just by looking at them. I just know this has to do with my moon.

Dulce,Since the 8th house is also about control, with the Moon there it is not surprising that feelings of control may come and go! Non-controlling, Tim IP: Logged |

My moon is in Aries and is in the 7th house. I find that I see relationships come and go throughout my life- normally every couple of years. I am not talking about intimate relationships only, but friendships / partnerships and most of all, my residence seems to change on a 2 year basis. I noticed that people grow apart and it's hard to keep in contact as we move on different paths. I remember telling my old college roommate that I would try to keep in touch with her, but as the years would go by I knew we would lose contact. That really upset her because she was one of those people that always had friends forever - from like birth- whereas I always held my friends dear to me, it was just that the communication died down. My husband has his Moon in the 6th house conjuncting his DC in Pisces. I would say that yes, he sees things relating to work change often as he is in the Military and changes duty stations at least every three years if not more. In the last two years he was in Korea, then Arizona and now he is in Germany (where I will soon be).

Yeah Tim, I must say tht its quite true for me too... since my childhood i have been changing residence and my schools very frequently as my father was in army! Because of which i always lost touch with my old friends but it also helped me in getting to know ppl from all walks of life.. also now although my parents are settled in my hometown but here am working in a totally new place... But i must say tht i enjoy these wanderings! And now am looking forward to a totally new place IP: Logged |

Cool string! ------------------ "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." Lewis Carroll IP: Logged |

Hey Tim, that makes a lot of sense- I also have my Venus in the 11th house. Friends are very very important to me and I do have a few friends that I've had forever, but I have had a lot of friends in the past that I don't speak to anymore now. So I guess I can say that friends do come and go for me.IP: Logged |
