It just seems very airy this horoscope of hers 
Lets see she is a Gemini. Could she also be a bubbly blond She probably is/was very talkative and constantly seeking attention (Leo rising) I bet she likes to behave as she is still a little girl and she very friendly and popular with the boys/guys (Aries Venus). Her personality just screems from her chart.
