I've been lurking on this particular part of lindaland. I was looking for info on the houses. I have several empty houses in my chart and wonder what that means?

The houses in your chart that are empty are not dormant. Take the sign on the cusp Libra for example and find venus, look at the aspects that venus makes (with what other planets?)and look to the houses that, that planet rules and you'll find the inner-action between the houses.
example: if you have venus and mars conjunct in the 2nd house and a libra asc.(no planets in the 1st house)Then Libra (asc) and Aries (desc.) yourself and your partner (desc.) would be in sync and work closely together because of the conjunction. I hope I explained that right.

I think there's a book or two out there on empty Houses. If not, there should be.
