I have checked on Astro.com and it does have a few charts but not much by way of explanation.

For example, it doesn't explain how to check whether your partner's mars falls in your 1st or 5th house or whatever...

a great book for that is called "The Astrology of Human Relationships" by Sakoian and Acker
There are a few more and as I remember them I will add them.

I did quick check to find a site that offered interpretations of inner-aspects and/or composites and mostly what I found was astrologers that will do it for a price.

I don't use composites for comparisons.
A composite chart will only tell you how the relationship works as a unit, for example if your composite ascendant is 24 Cancer then you know right now the relationship is being tested because of transiting Saturn. A composite shows how the relationship acts as one, it also points out strong and weak points in the relationship.

To find out about how you feel about someone, (attraction) or how they feel about you, you need to use a comparison.
The first thing (even before looking at the Sun and Moon) is to see if your Ascendant rulers make contact (ANY aspect)

Their planets that fall into your fire houses (1,5,9) make you feel alive, they challenge and inspire you.

Planets falling into your 7th house compliment you.
