Hi All!

It's been some time since I last posted. I am needing help figuring my son's rising/ascendant sign. I've received two different sources with two different answers and am not sure which one is correct.

He was born November 18, 2003
at 3:57 p.m.
in Austin, Texas

If anyone could help clarify I would greatly appreciate it!!!

Hi Randall,

The first source was an older woman who did my son's chart. Geministone figured out that she had probably used Local Mean Time. And the other source was either through astrology.com or astro.com.

Do you have any ideas on the local mean time? Is it more acurate?

Astrology and reincarnation go hand-in-hand. So, if we accept that, we also accept that the Soul chooses its birth time to get the chart it needs. Astrology is always evolving. Local mean time was prior to modern time zones and IMHO no longer applies to a chart (except for Immortals born in the 1800s or before). If we cast a chart under local mean time, then we should also ignore the outer Planets discovered in modern day, and that makes no sense.
