egyptian,The easiest way to read a composite chart is to think of it as the natal chart of the relationship. As such, it ONLY applies where there IS a relationship and where the personal "issues" between the couple have been worked out. It shows the eventual goals and end points of the couple as a whole. The importance of the couple as a WHOLE is particularly important in interpreting the 7th house (relationships) in a composite chart. In the composite chart, the 7th house is about how OTHERS relate to the relationship of the couple (a little confusing, I know! ).
Steven Forrest has written an EXCELLENT book on composite charts called "Skymates, Volume Two: The Composite Chart". The only thing I question is he insists on using a relocated chart for composite charts, while I have found that the birth location of both people works best. But, other than that, it is a GREAT overview of composite chart interpretation!
Explaining and suggesting,
