I dont understand this degrees thing in astrology...... its so confusing!
i mean when you say you + and - 10 degrees from both sides, what does that mean?
i thought each house was made up of 30 degrees and just did that accordingly, and that way all the planets nearly have aspects with every thing

if i add 10 more to it, whats going to happen??

Hi Pink Angel

Each sign has 30 degrees.

Each house doesn't always have 30 degrees - that depends on which house system you you. ie: Using the Equal House system then yes each house will have 30 degrees. If you were to your Placidus or Koch sytems then the degrees in each house will vary.

How long have you been studying/looking at astrology?

So back to the 30 degree "thing".
As I've just mentioned it is each sign that has 30 degrees. So to answer your question "how can you have + and - 10 degrees from both sides"
eg: Let's say your Moon is at 15 Leo - 10 degrees either side of that would be 5 degree Leo (which is 10 degree before) or 25 degree Leo (which is 10 degrees after).
