Well i heard that decans are more for sun and rising signs.Well i was curious if there are decans for moon signs.if there are does they affect your moon sign?IP: Logged |

Yup. Every planet can have decans. Wait until you learn about dwads/duads! lol Fun, fun!My Moon is in the Leo decanate of Sagittarius and yes, I do feel some influence from that. I even have very big hair lol. IP: Logged |

Well that depends from your degree that your moon is
Every sign has 30 degrees and they divided to three decans (10 Degrees each that are based on the element of signs)

Every planet has decans! The decans of the Sun & Moon are extremely important.  Sagittarius Sun/Aries decan

I have a Gemini moon in the Libra decan, but I never thought of the influence of that specific decan till now. But my sun is also in the 7th house, so perhaps that's also a "libran" influence...IP: Logged |

They are like sub-shadings of the traits of the original sign placement of that specific planet. For example, an Aquarius Mercury in the Gemini decan is going to have traits of both signs rather than being just a full on Aquarius Mercury, allotting to how some people with the same Mercury placements can be quite different from one another ------------------

Oh also what have you degree is like 10*05 or something like that is that still 1st Decan or going into 2nd decan?------------------
