I have scorpio in 11th house. Saturn will be moving to Scorpio from Oct 2012.
What Saturn teaches during that transit in 11th house(Scorpio).

I would say about lessons in groups and/or formulating your own hopes and dreams and making them come into earthbound reality. Does that fit?

I'd say that whenever you may want to receive support from people in order to achieve something that you've always wanted to, it's advisable to keep an eye on everyone who's an authority figure in your life. It will often seen like your luck depends entirely on their last word. Confronting them will not be easy.Think about Mars in Scorpio. That's the way they will behave. The rest depends whether Saturn will make good or bad aspects. Your new acquaintances will have planets in Scorpio or the 8th house in their charts.

I will take care of what you mentioned

I have seen in past that I never cared even bringing my superior down if I am sure that my proposal was correct, that has affected my promotions in past.
Now on, I will pay special attention not to jeopardize my superior's position.
