is there anyway to find points of change in your life using a birth chart? For example in a vedic or western chart to know exactly when something will occur, year, month and day? Like marriage, children, financial break through, fame? Is this possible? More info please esp in terms of financial change..? I do know one can calculate saturn return and know when things get tough now how will a person know when there will be a financial break through and things get easier? Hi, Nikki!There is predictive astrology, I think this is what you are asking about. There are several methods for predicting events: transits, progressions, Solar Arcs and I would also include Solar/Lunar Returns (and for other planets as well). My favorite method is Solar Arcs.
However, precise timing is very difficult. For some people, events do happen when the transit/progression/Solar Arc is exact to the degree and the minute with the respective natal planet or point, but for many others this doesn't work. For me, precise timing has been a sensitive subject with astrology and the Universe always took me by surprise. I had events happening before or after the aspect was exact, sometimes in years. You have to understand there is always free will. Aspects in predictive astrology just set the "mood" for something to happen. That is, for example, to say you will find yourself in a room with dim light, candle lights on the table, roses and romantic music and a wonderful man by your side. You can go for it, or you can turn around and leave. It is always YOUR choice what you do with your life, so it would be difficult from this point of view to try to predict precisely when someone gets married, has a new job, more money and so on. You have to say yes to get married, and you have to go to work to get paid. Sure, there is a *trend*, but that's all there is. IP: Logged |
