For moving in, I think maybe a Fire rising for moving in with a friend? I'm not sure...as free as a Fire sign needs to be, I think that they'd be likeliest to say, "f!ck it! Let's do this!"  But for it to work, I think first you'd need to have compatible Moons...since the Moon is the private, comfortable side of you, and the home is optimally a private and comfortable place? Hmmm
This would be hard to answer with an ASC. You are asking 2 different questions. One is make a commitment and the other is move in.
