Means that while the two people get along quite well and don't actually feel too possessive/obsessive about each other, when they actually get together in a significant way and form a relationship - when a "real" connection is established - they may slip into the more negative manifestations of Pluto: power plays, insecure feelings, manipulation, obsession, love/hate, too much intensity.

The intense feelings will have to be channeled/dealt with very soon, otherwise the relationship may end on a bad note.
