I know a lot of people have asked this but...

I met my friend's brother and I was very attracted to him- his venus conjunct my mars, and most of his planets in my 7th house.

Since he's my friend's brother I don't want to make a move unless I am sure it could be a lasting relationship.

I met him in his professional setting and he appears to dress plainly. He has thin dark blonde hair, the brightest green eyes, and acne scarring on his face. His skin is very tan which has caused premature wrinkles and almost a leathery appearance. He wears only very neutral colors that don't draw any attention to his physique. They make him appear just thin.

I would say his demeanor was very goofy and dorky but charming and non-threatening like he was interested in talking and hearing about me.

He is on a dating website and in those pictures he appeared completely differently- he has a beautiful, toned, tan body with a six pack. His limbs are long, thin and proportionate. In his pictures he was posed shirtless in front of his fancy black sports car. He appeared very macho but in person he didn't seem that way at all.

He is a dentist and his hobbies are traveling to be near water and working on old cars. He kept emphasizing that his ideal woman is extremely loyal and knows how to take care of her man but also independent.

I think he's an Aries rising which would put Capricorn on his Midheaven and Leo on his 5th, so he's very conservative in a professional setting and flashy on the dating scene. The Saturn conjunct his moon would account for the loyal/independent ideal. All those Libra planets would explain his charming/relational qualities when dealing with others and would modify the aggressive Aries characteristics. That's my best guess on his rising sign. Can you ask your friend for the approximate time of day when he was born?
