I took a good look at this chart myself and its a person who i used to be very close to so i think i know a couple of things about him.
Hopefully this will get interesting.

This is a teenager's chart, around 16-18 years old. With Pluto in the first, he/she must have that appeal/magnetizing aura. He/she is laid-back and reserved, independent and cautious about his/her actions. Is not the type to open up immediately. A bit of a daydreamer, wanderlust and sometimes a "lone ranger"; Is not easily swayed by what other people say.

A stellium in the third house indicates that he/she probably has the gift of gab. This person may be an excellent communicator; also has a logical and realistic mentality with superb observational skills. Keeps an open mind. He/she may show an aptitude for writing though he does not really express it; is also introspective and may be fond of writing in a journal.

This may be wayyyy off, but well, I tried XD

Gets along well with others,could be popular as well.May need lot of space.May have problems expressing his feelings.Lot of inner tension as well,may be manipulative.

Then im more than a year younger XD

Gets along-true but isnt that popular
Does have tension but hehas much better control of it
He is very munipulative actually
He doesent exspress feelings with words

You appear to be more Neptunian than Saturnian (your asc)-- someone who looks (and probaby is) very wise for your age.
