How does the Saturn transit affect someone with Saturn in the 7th house (in Gemini)? And if so, in what kind of way?

Does it has any effect? Last week I asked a few questions and Doux Rêve and others helped me out.
I've made a natal chart of him and used 12.00pm as his time of birth (due to the fact that I don't know his birth time) and I've noticed he has a Saturn in Gemini in his 7th house. Because I'm a newbie to astrology I don't know if it has any influences (he's a Sun/Venus/Mars Scorp). What's weird is that when we ended our contact was exact on the date Saturn begun it's transit through Scorpio. I'm getting a bit paranoid after Googling about it; I'm even thinking if it isn't a coincidence he has met me (a Sun in Capricorn). I'd love to hear your thoughts.

If you don't know his time of birth, you can't know the houses.. so Saturn can be in any house of the chart!

But, if transiting Saturn is actually conjuncting one of his personal planets, it's not surprising that he has met you, indeed. Usually when an outer planet (and Jupiter or Saturn) make an aspect to one of our relationship planets (planets that rule the 7th, 5th and sometimes 1st houses), we meet people who reflect the energy of that planet, or both planets. Say you have Neptune conjuncting Venus at a given time, you may be attracted to Pisces or people with lots of Neptune.

Also, with Saturn transits to natal placements, the area of life tends to be more "serious" and given more responsibility. Sometimes long-lasting connections are made when Saturn transits a natal planet/point (such as the DSC), and although it can be very binding, usually it's karmic in nature and a lesson needs to be learned (not always pleasant).

Jupiter transits are more likely to bring a good connection/partner but it depends on what you prefer. If you want structure, seriousness, long-term, Saturn is your guy. If however you're more into freedom, playfulness and not much possessiveness, look to Jupiter.
