Greetings and salutations. I'm hoping someone will help me. Here's the situation: The program I'm using to learn about progressed charts shows a retrograde Saturn turning direct and changing houses over the course of 50+ years, however, it doesn't change signs. Am I doing something wrong or is Saturn supposed to stay in one sign that long? Please help.IP: Logged |

Welcome Dusty Libra I am not sure. Maybe, someone else can answer. Have you tried Googling the exact question? I do that when I need to know but I bet the age Astrologers will know here. ------------------ Passion, Lust, Desire. Check out my journal http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

Howdy, Ami Anne. In answer to your question, yes, I have tried Google. I have also asked on other boards but no one has answered yet. I figure someone will help me, eventually, and/or I will find the answer on my own. IP: Logged |

Hi Dusty,You're not doing anything wrong. Progressed generational planets move extremely slowly. And while they can indeed turn retrograde or direct by progression, they won't move much. It's perfectly normal, because a year equals a day in progressions. So if you're born on May 10th, 1988, by the time you're twenty, your progressed chart will actually be the chart 20 days following May 10th - May 30th, 1988. And generational planets don't move that fast, in 20 days they may move by 1° or so. Hope this makes sense. IP: Logged |
