Sagittarius rising is often quite restless and outspoken, can be funny and goofy.With Neptune in the 1st you could indeed appear "confused" or "elusive", sort of dreamy or glamorous. People probably see whatever they wanna see in you. IP: Logged |

I have this same exact placement. I know this thread is old but I completely agree. Actually today my grandma told me that I always seem like I'm in a daze. I am very elusive and 99.9% of the time my head is in the clouds. IP: Logged |

I have both of these  Yeah people definitely project their own perceptions onto me. But the people that get to know me usually say that I'm nothing like they initially thought I was. I think Neptune in 1H throws a bit of water onto the fiery Sag ASC. I wouldn't call myself outgoing or extroverted at all. But I do have an outgoing side of me that comes out in the right environment where I feel comfortable. Neptune makes me pretty sensitive to how every situation or environment makes me feel. So I guess I'm not the typical Sag ASC. IP: Logged |
