Hey All! Boy I've been posting here a lot! Lol Someone on another site told me I have a Yod. I know they are not special but I read whatever house it points to, you're supposed to concentrate on that particular house. Can you tell me where the hell it is? I also thought I had a fire grand trine but was told no because my midheaven wasn't a planet,which I knew but some other sites include it along with Chiron, IC, etc.IP: Logged |

It also looks like a water grand trine too with NN in cancer,Neptune in Scorpio, and Chiron in Pisces. But probably not. LolIP: Logged |

I was thinking about your question. When I do a professional chart and the client has a Yod, it takes at least an hour to meditate, talk to the person and figure out how the Yod works in that person's life.
It is not the kind of question that I could answer on a message board due to the time and meditation it would take.
You may want to have a professional reading. IQ has his banner and you can know he is wonderful.
He changed the course of my life when I had readings with him.

Ok Judy dear. I will do it a little later. How much experience do you have in Astrology? You take each quincunx, which are the legs of the triangle. You analayze these, by sign and house. Then, you look at the sextile which is the gift in this and the helper for you to access it. the apex of the triangle is the planet who ACTS on the quincunx. I will post the articles a little later, Judy! You know what. I will write an article on How to Look at Your Yod by Yourself and I will put it up. ------------------

You will have to generate the chart and put it up yourself, Sweetie. You make the chart at Astro.com, save it to your computer or Photobucket and then put it on here. If you could do a large one with the degrees showing, that would be the best for me ------------------

This is my first paragraph for a teaser  The Yod can be intimidating. I was forced to confront it when a client came to me about her Yod. I am forced to stretch myself when people need help and that is one reason I love doing charts. Once I did a few Yods, I came to really enjoy doing them because they are like a brightly colored present, wrapped in beautiful,shiny paper with lots of bright ribbons. The Yod is calle dthe Finger of God. God gave the person a gift. the person must unwrap it. That is what the Yod is like, to me. I will begin. IP: Logged |

I will begin. I am doing Judy's chart because she asked me for help and a Yod takes quite a long time, as you will see. I thought I would help her and help others who wanted to analyze their own Yods. that is the purpose of this article. In Judy's chart, the apex of the Yod is Chiron. That means that the Yod is acted out in such a way that Chiron is the main player. Chiron is the planet of pain. It shows our greatest wounding, by house. Chiron is overlooked by many Astrologers who give it short shrift next to the other planets. I think Chiron is pivotal and gives information that is a gold mine. Lets look at Judy's Chiron. Then, we will fit it into the Yod.Judy's Chiron is in the 4th house at 10 degrees Pisces. Chiron in the 4th shows a hard childhood. Usually, the mother is the hard relationship not the father which would be a 10th house Chiron. Once in a while, these can be reversed but not usually. So, we can assume Judy had a hard childhood and her relationship with her mother was hard. That wound stayed with her, as Chiron wounds do, in my opinion. IP: Logged |
