I have mercury sq. uranus and neptune, I was wondering how these aspects would play out together. My mercury is in libra, uranus and neptune in cap. I have uranus and neptune both in my 2nd house and mercury in 11th house .

Usually it makes someone who likes to daydream, create scenarios in their head, imagining / fantasising about all kinds of things, creative talents, weird ideas, wild imagination, sudden ideas and mood swings, sometimes shocking ideas, originality, bluntness VS vagueness.
